The track is managed by Trustees who are responsible for the maintenance and commercial activities.

Braunton Academy has use of the track from 9am - 5pm on weekdays during school term time.
North Devon Athletics Club has use of the track from 6pm on weekdays and all day on weekends throughout the year.
